Taney County Health Department will host
FREE H1N1 INFLUENZA VACCINATION WALK-IN CLNICS
NO APPOINTMENTS NECESSARY

· Anyone 6 months or older may receive a vaccination
· A parent or guardian must be present with children under age 18
· Pregnant women must have a written doctor’s order

"The Taney County Health Department will host a H1N1 vaccination clinic on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at the Branson office located at 320 Rinehart Road from 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.Appointments are required and based on vaccine availability.The priority groups that will be targeted for this clinic are as follows:

Taney County residents
Children age 6 months to 18 years
Children with chronic health conditions (such as: asthma, heart, lung, diabetes, immune compromised)
Healthy children
Parents of children 6 months or younger

H1N1 Flu Shots Available in Taney County

The Taney County Health Department will be holding an H1N1 vaccine clinic day for children ages 2-18 next Thursday October 29, 2009. If you are interested in getting the H1N1 vaccination for your child you must make an appointment as soon as possible. You can reach the Forsyth location at 417-546-4725 or the Branson location at 417-334-4544. Your child must not be allergic to eggs and must not be sick on the day of the vaccination. There will be no charge for the vaccination at this time.
