PAT Easter Egg Hunt!

Kirbyville Parents As Teachers will be hosting a community Easter egg hunt for families with children under the age of three. The event will take place on Thursday, April 1 at 5:00 on the baseball field at Kirbyville Elementary. Children will enjoy finding colorful eggs filled with prizes! Child development handouts and coloring pages will be distributed. Please bring an Easter basket for collecting eggs! Refreshments will be served.

Missouri State Representative visits Kirbyville...

State Representative, Maynard Wallace, was a guest in the Kirbyville School District last Thursday. He addressed the entire district with congratulations for earning the Distinction in Performance Award for the seventh time in nine years. He encouraged the district’s students to keep up the good work as they entered this year’s state testing season. To qualify for the award this year, K-8 districts had to meet 6 of the 7 performance standards that apply to these districts, including all of those based on the results of MAP tests. Representative Wallace presented a proclamation from the House of Representatives to Carless Osbourn, superintendent.
