Tanger Outlet Center makes donations to each school

The Kirbyville School District thanks the Tanger Outlet Center for making donations in the amount of $1000 to each school last week. The money was raised through the TangerBucks program. Tanger Outlets across the country have been lending a helping hand to schools in the communities they serve for over 27 years. The money is raised in several ways: through participating schools receiving an equal share of $1 per coupon book that is sold nationwide, through direct sales of Tanger Coupon Books at school events (the entire $5 goes to the school) or through distribution of printed vouchers for the school that can be taken to the Tanger Outlet Center and the entire sale amount of the coupon booklet goes to the school. KMS and KES will be participating in this program again beginning June 1 for the upcoming school year. Watch for vouchers to come home periodically during the school year.
